Responsibilities:
- Availability Monday – Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, 1 hour lunch break
- Assist in a variety of common processes and tasks necessary to keep the agent’s business running smoothly: inbound & outbound customer service, marketing, social media, data entry, inside sales, retention, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- College graduate
- Call-Center or Virtual Assistant experience
- Excellent communication & relationship-management skills
- Organization and time-management skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professionalism at all times
- Native-Level English in speech & writing
- Native-Level Spanish is a plus
- Modern Computer & High-Speed Internet Connection
- Quiet Work Environment (100% remote)
