His knowledge and years of expertise have gone into training and recruiting the best Virtual Assistants for the independent insurance agent, and he personally uses Ethos VAs to empower his team of agents.

Matthew Saffer

Matthew grew up in the Real Estate industry. After graduating with his Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers University and his Master’s from the University of Florida, Matthew realized he could use VAs to increase his productivity and sales. Matthew experienced most VA companies don’t offer optimal service. He handpicked premium bilingual VAs who specialize in Real Estate and Insurance. He’s helped Real Estate and Insurance clients increase profits and satisfaction while conducting record-breaking gross sales.

Max is an experienced team leader that has hired, trained, and managed his virtual team for the past 9 years. He founded Fair & Simple Recruiting, a stand-alone service that he created from within the recruiting department of his software agency. His background lies in the technology industry with over 12 years of professional experience in software engineering, after graduating from the University of Applied Science in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Max’s unique focus includes technology, product development, team management, and operations. Max applies his business experience and education to ensure your success.
